“DOING IT FOR OUR ANCESTORS”
ʔuuʔatumin yaqckʷiimitqin in Nuu-chah-nulth means “Doing it for our Ancestors.” Led by Tseshaht First Nation, this project works to heal and bring answers to those affected by the Alberni Indian Residential School (AIRS).
Survivors
ʔuuʔatumin yaqckʷiimitqin “Doing it for our ancestors” will do everything in order to get answers, create a safe space and change the narrative of where this location once stood.
